Bethesda is one of those companies where you never really know what to expect from them. After a few years trying to play Skyrim on every electronic device under the sun, they provided us with a great range of games coming out soon, and ones to look forward to years from now. The lineup includes:
One of the first reveals at Bethesda’s E3 event was a trailer for the upcoming Rage 2. I’ve never played the first one, but from the feel from the trailer, it seems like this will be a fun point to jump in when it releases next year.
Release is scheduled for Spring 2019. Coming to PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
The follow-up to 2016’s fantastic Doom reboot was revealed, and it looks just as hellbound as the first one. No gameplay was shown for the game, though we anticipate the “Eternal” in the name may signify some shift to the games-as-a-service trend we’ve been seeing recently, such as with Destiny 2 or The Division.
No release date, but a gameplay reveal livestream is currently set for August 10th at Quakecon.
Audiences received a wonderful surprise as Prey gets both paid and free DLC. The paid DLC is titled Mooncrash, which has a rouge-like aspect thrown into the mix and described as “infinitely replayable.” If you’re not ready to jump on the DLC, not to worry, the free DLC includes a survival mode and New Game+.
The best part of the announcement, these are free. Now!
