For those who were unsatisfied with Yoshi’s new game skipping E3 this year, and getting pushed back until 2019, you are not alone. Luckily, it seems Nintendo has been listening to viewers as well. During an interview with IGN, Nintendo’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, Bill Trinen, provided information about Yoshi’s latest entry.
As Bill told IGN, “It’s actually been making really good progress.” He continues on to say the reasoning behind the delay is because according to Bill, “They decided they wanted to make some improvements, so they’re going to take just a little bit more time on it, and that’s why we’re not showing it this year at the show.”
That said, let’s not count Yoshi completely out of the picture this year because Trinen followed up by announcing that he thinks we can, “…look forward to some updates on it later in 2018.”
What do you think about Yoshi getting pushed back? Luckily for me, the delay works in my own favor as there are plenty of games I need to focus on anyways. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
